My artistic research is centred predominantly around social themes related to globalisation which are filtered and reinterpreted through photographs and video. The final result, whether installations or simple two-dimensional photos, offer the visitor the chance to reflect on the profound global transformations which are currently taking place. The majority of my work becomes an observation of reality, an eye that spies or “scientifically” observes current processes: processes of profound and very rapid social and cultural changes, whose final effect and outcome are still largely unknown.
